Protocols

Below you find protocols that have been used in the GFN laboratory training courses.

Additional protocols related to antimicrobial resistance, e.g. specific PCR-protocols (e.g. mcr-1, mcr-2, mecA, mecC), or protocols for isolation of ESBL-, AmpC-, and carbapenemase-producing E. coli from meat or caecal samples are available via the EURL-AR website (http://eurl-ar.eu/233-protocols.htm).
